Harker team named semifinalist in Wharton Investment Competition

Last week, freshmen Lindsay Li, JingJing Liang, Iris Wang and Celina Xu, collectively known as FRESH.mInD, reached the semifinal round of the 2022-23 Wharton Global High School Investment Contest. Advised by business and entrepreneurship teacher Juston Glass, they are one of 55 teams selected from nearly 1,400 entries worldwide.

This annual contest, run by the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, tasks teams of high school students with developing a financial plan and investment portfolio. Semifinalists will submit a video presentation based on the information in their reports.
